All services by appointment

 At Waxing and more 4 U, they value and respect your time.  They also value your patronage and want you to get the most out of your reserved time. Please make every effort to ensure that your service starts on time.  Arriving 10 minutes prior to your reserved time is adequate.
Allow yourself extra time to find parking. You may also need change for the meters. (West Hartford) 

Your practitioner will be ready to accommodate you at your reserved time.  Arriving late negatively affects your service option.  They are unable to extend your reserved time because this cuts into the guest's time who is scheduled after you.  You will never be double booked.

• 50% deposit to secure your appointment
• When cancelled according to studio policy your deposit can be credited to a future service
• Deposits or tickets cannot be shared 
• Deposits or tickets never expire!

Calls are returned within 24 hours.  Except for the days we are closed and Holidays.  Please leave a message if we are not available to take your call.  We do not answer the phone while performing services or on the phone with other guests.  Your business is important to us. We make every effort to return your call the same day.  If we are unable to do so your call will be returned in the order received and within 24 hours of you leaving a message. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
